The combination of my education and experience in research and measurement as well as the numerous tests of different approaches in affiliate and performance marketing give me strong assets to help my clients.
But experience is not the only factor for success. Many players believe in innovation but are caught up in operations or some form of status quo culture. The commitment of teams on the client side is the key to successful buy-in and transformation. I integrate my clients' teams into the strategic process in order to bring out the best ideas and those best suited to the brand's DNA and then implement them by channelling all efforts towards the same goals.

Cynthia Fortin
After completed my Master degree in marketing where I studied the impact of information overload, I started my career in BIG data, developing segmentation models for Meloche Monnex and Videotron. I then quietly switched to digital after a move into product management. I then advised large national companies such as Bell, Napa, the Canadian Forces, for digital agencies for more than 10 years.
Subsequently, I developed a digital practice at BCP and generated impressive growth with a team full of talent.
I then left Quebec with my family to live a great experience in Switzerland for 3 years where my account helped small and medium businesses in Belgium, Switzerland and Quebec to grow through SEM to social media strategies.
Upon my return, I worked in digital agency where I worked on missions such as redesigning sites to make them transactional (Jean Fortin, Bell Small Business, planned and delivered e-Commerce online product launches (Oceano3), adapted human resources technology solutions for the Sureté du Québec).
I was then able to put all this experience to good use at Québecor, first as a consultant, then as an employee by testing the possibilities of innovation marketing, implementing it, generating new revenues and
Listening to the sales force, I also tested other performance marketing innovations including solutions for the food market and methods for monetizing and performance marketing content in magazines. I presented new methods for monetizing print at CJ University in California in the fall of 2018, arousing great interest from major U.S. advertisers, which I began testing on a small scale for Québecor.
I am now putting this expertise at the service of companies that want to innovate & generate new revenues.
